And now the sickness begins

Hello my friends....we have left Morocco at 5am to travel to Tunisia.
And it has begun.....the sickness...
we kind of had a little bet on who would get sick first, and it looks like Ninja has lost that bet. He has been exploding in both direction and I must say I feel a little sorry for him. He wasn't able to go out and eat on our first night there, but he wasn't alone...oh no...Gamal had a bout with the flu/cold/something. So he stayed back too. And Mildred has been having back spasms. And Steve, well lets just say he is still going strong. But yes we are in Tunisia, American recognize it most for the famous song "Night in Tunisia" by Dizzy Gillepse and the movie "Star Wars".

Alexis, Mildred & I went out, with our Gracious Hostess from the American Embassy (Ellen), for a night on the town and at our hearts out.
After a day of recovery, Ninja and Gamal were ready to get their Tunisia on, and on to work we went.
We had an amazing conversation at the American Embassy here with Master's students of English of the Higher Institute of Languages. It was an interesting dialogue about cultures and politics, and religion. This was an opportunity for them to interact with real Americans. I just have to say we got into some real discussion, with the overall theme being that we are all human beings here on this earth....just trying to find our way....they thanked us for having the time to talk to them.....We thank them too....and thank God/ or whatever higher power you believe in...for this.
